Let&#8217;s face it &#8211; having the relevant &#8220;ticks in the boxes&#8221; help, but it&#8217;s in the interview, that the panel has the final say. I might know my client and my interaction with possible candidate is a &#8220;WOW&#8221; &#8211; but &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Should our getting out of bed bad days &#8211; affect the outcome of the persons interview?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Interviews are tough &#8211; Remember, you were once on that receiving end!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Be kind, be gentle, be the person that pulls that individual into their comfort zone, which ultimately will give them the confidence to relay their &#8220;experiences&#8221; better.
