  1. Initial Interview

Each candidate we present has had an initial interview to establish if the applicant fits the minimum Cri-Terion criteria to be considered as a candidate.

  1. Behavioural Assessment Screening

Successful candidates then undergo a behavioural assessment screening using the situation, task, action, result and take away (START) technique to determine fitness for relevant role.

  1. IKM Assessment (On Client Request only)

We screen our candidates by conducting IKM Assessments to assess technical capability, but only on the request of our clients.

  1. Pre-employment screening

Lastly, before an offer is made, we conduct a rigorous pre-employment screening, which in part of our integrity process to largely avoid the risk of a “bad hire”, which includes the following:

    • Criminal record checks
    • Credit checks
    • Driver’s Licence checks
    • ID Verification checks
    • Educational qualifications
    • Reference checks
